2. Upon receipt of your questionnaire, Nalu’s team will send you an invoice and service agreement via email.

3. Once the agreement is returned and invoice paid your request will be added to Nalu’s recording queue.

4. MP3s will be processed in 4-5 weeks unless an additional rush is specified.
